Products and Supplies

R.L. Guimont carries the entire product line of over 30 companies. These products range from hand tools and shop supplies to tooling, fixturing, inspection gages and equipment, as well as calibration tools. We carry products from companies including Carr Lane, Renishaw, American Modular, Diatest, Edmunds, Mahr Federal, Meyer Gage, Pratt & Whitney, Size Control, Zeiss TSK, Carl Zeiss, Dyer Gage, SPI , Starrett, Flexbar, Fowler, and ST Industries.

Training

R. L. Guimont is a certified training facility for Optical Gaging Products (OGP), Quality Vision International (QVI), and Carl Zeiss IMT. Our goal is to provide you with the training and support you need to be successful in your everyday activities. Standard classes are offered at our facility in Fishers, IN or training can be arranged at your facility. In addition to standard classes we also offer refresher training and application support. OGP/QVI Training:
All OGP/QVI training classes are custom tailored to each customer’s specific needs. Classes are typically 1 or 2 days and are limited to 2-3 people. We offer training on the following softwares:
- MeasureMind 3D
- MeasureX
- BasicX
- MeasureFit
- SmartReport Plus

Zeiss Calypso Training:
Calypso training can be purchased directly from R. L. Guimont Co., Inc. or you can use the training credits you have with Zeiss. Except in special circumstances, all classes are limited to 4 people so each student receives personalized training. A part of the last day is reserved for working on parts brought by the students and customer specific applications.
- Calypso Basic:
The Calypso Basic class is 5 days and covers the software elements required for creating
Measurement Plans and beginning part inspection.
- Calypso Advanced:
The Calypso Advanced class builds on the Basic class by introducing the advanced
programming functionality of Calypso.
- Calypso Options:
Calypso options include topics such as Curve, PCM, Freeform Surface, and Reporting. The
training classes are tailored to the customer’s need and setup on an individual basis.
