Sales Engineer

We are seeking a self-motivated sales professional to grow sales in established territories in Indiana and/or Kentucky.  The candidate will be based out of our Fishers, IN office but may also work from home as necessary.  All accounts are exclusive with consistent engagement.  Travel is required with occasional overnight stays for product training.

The preferred candidate will possess:

  • Industrial sales or capital equipment background with exposure to manufacturing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business with a strong mechanical aptitude (preferred)
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and great organization and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to absorb product knowledge and conduct needs analyses
  • Strong business software knowledge and technical aptitude
  • Strong verbal and presentation skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

  • Competitive compensation including an attractive base salary plus uncapped commissions

Application Engineer/Laboratory Technician

We are seeking an individual with strong technical skills for a combined application engineer and laboratory technician role.  This position is based out of our office in Fishers, IN with travel required and occasional overnight stays for product training.  Activities will vary from day to day and the candidate will have the opportunity to move into full time application engineering, sales, or quality management. The chosen candidate will be responsible for:

  • Performing service and on-site ISO 17025 accredited calibrations of optical comparators and video measuring systems
  • Performing dimensional inspection in our Fishers, IN demonstration lab
  • Providing customer support and training on high end metrology systems/software
  • Assist the sales team by conducting product demonstrations for potential customers
  • Assisting the quality manager as necessary

The preferred candidate will possess:

  • Post-secondary degree in Engineering or Manufacturing related field and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with manufacturing related quality control including calibration, dimensional inspection, and GD&T (preferred)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with great problem-solving, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills
  • Ability to absorb product knowledge and conduct needs analyses
  • Strong business and technical software knowledge
  • Strong verbal and presentation skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
  • Ability to work and travel alone
