SmartScope M-Series
SmartScope® M-Series is the next evolution of the worldwide standard in 3D multisensor metrology. The patented IntelliCentric™-M Optical System features fixed lens optics and Virtual Zoom technology, paired with a high-density 20 MP digital metrology camera and a built-in electronic aperture, delivering an ultra-high-resolution image with low distortion – perfect for high-speed edge detection metrology. All M-Series systems run the powerful ZONE3® 3D CAD based metrology software and support optional sensors including touch probe, scanning probe, Feather Probe™, Through-the-Lens (TTL) Laser, Rainbow Probe™, and TeleStar® Probe.
Standard sizes: 250x150x200mm, 300x300x250mm, 500x450x200mm, 450x600x200mm, and 790x815x200mm. Some models have extended stage options.
XY Area Accuracy as low as E2=(1.8+5L/1000)μm, Z Accuracy as low as E1=(1.5+5L/1000)μm
SmartScope Quest
SmartScope® Quest systems are high-accuracy metrology systems designed to use a variety of sensors for full three-dimensional measurement. Accurate video measurements require accurate images, and Quest offers the best optical performance available. The patented TeleStar® 10:1 zoom lens is completely telecentric and automatically calibrated throughout its range for distortion free, high-fidelity images – perfect for high-accuracy metrological applications. Pair any SmartScope Quest or Vantage with QVI® ZONE3® 3D CAD based metrology software.
Sizes ranging from 300x150x200mm to 790x815x250 mm. Extended Z-axis up to 400mm available on some models.
XY Area Accuracy as low as E2=(1.0+4L/1000)μm, Z Accuracy as low as E1=(1.5+5L/1000)μm
SmartScope SP
SmartScope® SP systems are designed for optimum scanning probe performance. Starting with a rigid base structure, the system mechanics are designed to optimize dynamic data acquisition critical to scanning probe performance. SmartScope SP optics combine a wide field objective lens, optical zoom, and 5 megapixel monochrome digital camera, providing a distortion free 16mm diagonal field of view at low zoom, with high resolution at high zoom. Careful design of both optics and illumination sources ensure accurate imaging at all zoom levels. The optional TeleStar Plus laser offers very long working distance with sub-micron resolution. The on-axis and through-the-lens design allows laser measurement over the full measuring range of the system.
Sizes ranging from 300x300x250mm to 650x660x300mm.
XY Area Accuracy as low as E2=(1.5+5L/1000)μm, Z Accuracy as low as E1=(3.8 + 5L/1000)μm
